ANTIQUE Possibly MEISSEN or Dresden High Quality Porcelain Gentleman/BOy Figurine W/top Hat . The Only Mark is a #92 on the base. From my 25 years selling Antique items I am relatively certain by style of the numerals and construction that this dates to the early 1800's. However I do not specialize in fine Porcelain. I am certain one of you More knowlegeable ers can help me out with the ID. Anyway it is in EXCELLENT top notch collectors condition as you can see. Only a tiny shallow mini fleck on his hat as you should see in the closeup. Again if someone can ID this for me I would be very appreciative.
