Exceptional 19th Century Hand Embroidered Bullion Military Uniform Appliques:

These were sold as antique Russian military uniform appliques taken from a uniform of a 19th century immigrant and kept in the family. They have been framed in a period appropriate frame on red velvet. The depth of the pieces suggest they may have been epaulet patches. This set has finely detailed hand embroidery work done in silver bullion. Beautiful pair measuring 2 3/4" in diameter each. The framed measurements are 9 1/2" x 7 1/2".
